Occasionally, rarely even, add a link here to an Outstanding Observation (in your opinion) which we might all enjoy.. I found this today (Photography) https://www.ispotnature.org/communities/uk-and-ireland/view/observation/660753/caddisfly-larva
thanks for this, fascinating link for a species which I have photographed. How do I add a link to if I find an Outstanding Observation?
If you now look you will see I have removed the Preview, so only the link (URL) is shown - it is the link in your browser address bar when viewing the Observation.
Speaks for itself. OH, I wish people would always add more than one picture, take pictures to aid ID, interest viewers with a little more information. Where are the Happy Naturalists?
I may be the only one, but I would really like to see more Observations of Note. I don't mind if it's not brilliant, only that it illustrates good observation and recording. iSpot is still pretty good but it used to be far better. I feel it is picking up but we need to encourage a better standard of Observing.Remember this? With its gorgeous Comment Trail and 119 illustrations. https://www.ispotnature.org/communities/southern-africa/view/observation/594935/third-encounter-of-the-absurd-kind
