Why has this Anemone ID not been recognised?

It’s https://www.ispotnature.org/communities/uk-and-ireland/view/observation/764087/echiuran-in-muddy-sand
Likely ID’d as Sagartiogeton undatus, but the name’s in black indicating it’s not been recognised though it’s spelt right & in the uk dictionary eg https://www.ispotnature.org/communities/uk-and-ireland/view/observation/66697/anemone

This happens if the whole name is typed, rather than selected from the drop down box. That’s a bug - it shouldn’t matter how the name is entered - but there seems to be little prospect of a near time fix.

This is a VERY regular occurrence for me, as I still wade through OOs without IDs. Whether or not you choose from the Drop-down it sometimes flaws.
If I add or change the Common name there is a greater chance it will happen. I have tried a few avoidance procedures but it’s still hit and miss. We must teach people to recognise the issue and add another UNTIL the Panel forms. Generally we should avoid adding Agreements until the Panel has formed. And, as it is more likely not to be noticed by newcomers, it might eventually become necessary to add the ID on their behalf.

Maybe don’t play with Common names (I sometimes do) https://www.ispotnature.org/communities/uk-and-ireland/view/observation/710253/unknown-entity - all Scientific names are from Drop-down.
