Bugs Alphabetical "I"

***** I ***** Bugs Alphabetical I

Have Identified a post with no ID as legitimate species yet didn’t get likely ID.
This was Black Arches (Lymantria monacha)

(& in the list it showed ‘identification 0’ ). But clicking on the ID’s title gives the dictionary species & clicking on ‘Lymantria’ there shows there are 102 of the species

I’d failed to notice the minute froghopper so guessed a sp’s which got a likely

A screen grab helps a lot.

So a Silver Badge failed to trigger a Likely ID on first ID.

Bug #367 (& #478)

This topic has its own posting: Order of LikelyID and dictionaries

Identifications zero (in global observations for the marine habitat)

NB this link only works if you copy it to wordpad

yet it has a Likely ID (isn’t this supposed to be fixed?)

Isn’t that link CRAZY? It is generated from this

Thanks Dejaym that’s much better
an updated version would be https://www.ispotnature.org/taxonomy/term/376

yes, it shows how the new site has gone o’er the top with Hyperlinks
This (for example) https://www.ispotnature.org/communities/southern-africa/view/observation/738007/eland
Could be this
https://www.ispotnature.org/communities/southern-africa/738007 if its the only738007 in ZA
Or this
https://www.ispotnature.org/observation/738007 if the number is unique to iSpot
But this is listed as a bug by @Tony_Rebelo though I can’t find the link (so systematic and well-ordered is OUR forum!)
