Looks like if an photo does not have GPS data iSpot no longer picks up the date from the EXIF information in the photo.
Are you able to send the un-submitted image direct to me? I’d like to have a look at the EXIF data. Please send to chris.valentine @ open.ac.uk

Interesting: whilst I’ve commented on the recent issues with location being difficult to ‘set’, I had not mentioned that iSpot is no longer picking up the date from my photos. It certainly used to do so, from the same camera.

Thanks. I’ve raised a ticket to get this fixed as I don’t think I’ll have time to look into it before I leave. I’d bet its an easy fix though.
